Schizophrenia+MDD

The difference with today is that today is the finals for the psychiatry posting.Since there's so many things going on in my head,all jumbled up..I didn't think I do well.Could have done better.But my head is just isn't there and I lost my determination.I was just so full of dread these days.

However,I'm going back to KL again tomorrow.Not looking forward to it.I wonder why..
